Mary Camuto brings energy, insights and tools to help her customers enhance their workdays.

Mary founded MC Consulting in 2002, a firm specializing in leadership and organization development, coaching, training design and facilitation. Her clients include individuals, teams, managers, and executives in the energy, technology, communications, and healthcare industries as well as nonprofit, local, and federal government.

Her special areas of focus are leadership training, customer service, managing priorities and time, and change. As part of this focus, Mary had her first book published by Career Press in 2018: Make the Most of Your Workday: Be More Productive, Engaged and Satisfied as You Conquer the Chaos at Work.  She has also presented lively talks for organizations about managing generation differences; adapting to and creating change; and leadership mindsets She developed Time Management Makeover, a workshop offered to diverse audiences and organizations. In addition, as an American Management Association faculty member since 2005, Mary has designed course material and facilitates seminars (including live virtual courses).

Mary obtained her graduate degree from The George Washington University in Human Resources and Organization Development. This helped her to expand her knowledge as an experienced and valued partner to both business operations and Human Resources. Mary brings energy and optimism to an organization’s table along with new beliefs, tools and actions. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia and enjoys being part of a dynamic community.
